3. For convenience in loan registration, Eximbank stipulates the loan purpose and maximum loan term according to the loan purpose as follows:

5. By confirming this " Register for loan consulting " transaction, the Customer agrees to allow Eximbank to use customer’s information and loan needs to provide Eximbank's internal sales staff to perform consulting to customers.

6. Eximbank commits to keeping all information and loan needs of customers confidential in accordance with the law and Eximbank's internal regulations.
